Religious leaders push government for large emission cuts

Senior religious leaders have written to the federal government: Anglicans, Catholics, Hindus, Buddhists and Rabbis.   The letter proposes an emissions cut of 40 per cent from 1990 levels by 2025 and 80 per cent by 2030. Climate change is an issue bigger than differences in religion.
