Conservative hosts on the ABC as well as budget cuts

Late in 2014 the ABC employed conservative commentator Tom Switzer to run “Between the Lines”.  Switzer was a fellow of the Institute of Public Affairs and an opinion editor of The Australian.  This is on top of massive cuts to the ABC: a $254 million cut over five years and more than 300 redundancies.  Now we have Switzer interviewing Lord Nigel Lawson.  Together they dismiss action on climate as a sham.   For example, they agree that it is immoral to be slowing India’s use fossil fuels as this is how India can take its population out of poverty and disease.
